Treatment FAQ
Is this a medical treatment or a facial?
It is esthetician-led care carried out inside a physician-led clinic. The steps are cleansing, hydration and calming care, coordinated with the Tune medical board. It supports your medical treatment and does not replace it.
Can I book it on the same day as a procedure?
Sometimes. It depends on the procedure. After some lasers or injections the skin should be left alone for a while, and after others a calming session is reasonable. This is confirmed when your plan is made.
Will my skin look red afterwards?
Some people go a little pink after cleansing or blackhead care, and it varies with your skin and the session chosen. If you have an event or a flight the same day, say so and the esthetician will choose gentler steps.
What should I send on WhatsApp before booking?
Send your travel dates, any procedure you are booking at the clinic, and a clear daylight photo of your skin with no makeup. Mention allergies to skincare products. The clinic can then suggest which session to book and on which day. The final choice is made after your skin is checked in person.
