Your physician reviews your concerns, tissue condition and recovery window. Discuss the proposed treatment, alternatives and whether anything should be delayed or separated into another visit.
The treatment scope and KRW quote are explained before you decide. A short stay does not determine what is medically appropriate for you.
After your visit
Keep the conversation open
Confirm your recovery plan and follow-up before leaving. You keep the same contact channel after returning home, so aftercare questions stay with the clinic that treated you.
Recovery and travel timing depend on the treatment and your individual assessment. For aftercare questions, use the same WhatsApp conversation during clinic hours. This is not an emergency service.

What is the best way to contact Tune Clinic?
For an English consultation or a booking question, use WhatsApp (+82-10-9874-8575). It is the direct conversation used before your visit and for follow-up questions after you return home. Dr. Ju replies in English during clinic hours.
You can also call the clinic for time-sensitive scheduling questions. Do not use chat as a substitute for urgent local medical care.

Where should I stay near the clinic?
The clinic is in the Apgujeong-Nonhyeon corridor of Gangnam, which has a range of accommodation within walking distance or a short taxi ride.
Common choices for international patients include:
- Apgujeong and Cheongdam area - boutique hotels and serviced apartments, quieter neighborhood, closest to the clinic
- Gangnam Station area - wider hotel selection, easy subway access (10-15 min to Apgujeong)
- Itaewon / Hannam-dong - popular with some international travelers; 20-30 min by taxi
We do not have formal hotel partnerships. The choice of accommodation does not affect your appointment, but staying within Gangnam simplifies same-day logistics, particularly if you want to rest nearby after injectable treatments.
What happens if I need to reschedule from abroad?
Use the private management link in your booking email to request another available date and time, or contact us through WhatsApp. A changed request returns to pending and is confirmed only after the clinic sends a new confirmation message.
If your plans change close to the appointment, message us as soon as you can. Any booking-specific terms are stated in the confirmation you receive.
Do you accept walk-ins?
Occasionally, but it is not something to plan around. Tune Clinic operates on a structured appointment model - consultation time is built into each visit, and walk-in availability depends entirely on whether a slot has opened on that day.
If you are already in Apgujeong and want to check same-day availability, message us on WhatsApp before making the trip to the clinic. Walking in unannounced during a fully booked day will typically result in a wait or a reschedule.
For international patients with limited time in Seoul, a confirmed booking is strongly advisable.
