One lip filler session at Tune Clinic, photographed minutes after the last injection. The small tapes on the cheeks cover the entry points of the cannula. Shared with the patient's permission; eyes masked at her request.
These pictures show the procedure on the day, not a settled result. Lips swell for the first two to three days and the final volume shows at about two weeks; how quickly varies by individual. The product and amount were chosen for this patient after assessment.
Photographed in our treatment rooms at the Apgujeong clinic.
Published with patient consent. Individual results vary.
The physician looks at your lips at rest, when you smile and when you talk.
Keep the shape that already works; agree the product, amount and placement in proportion with your face.
Numb first, then place small amounts with checks between steps and arrange follow-up before you leave.
This is a planning method, not a result guarantee. Suitability and the final plan are confirmed after an in-person assessment.
See the Tunemaka-se methodPain varies by person. The lips are sensitive, and numbing is used for that reason. Topical anesthetic or a nerve block is chosen with the physician.
Usually you can walk out and go about your day, but the lips may look swollen or bruised for a while, and how long varies by individual. Your physician will talk through timing for work, events and your flight before treatment, so plan photos and important dinners with that in mind.
Yes, the mouth corners can be treated in the same plan. Whether that suits your anatomy, and how much it changes the shape, is decided by the physician after assessment.
Filler is gradually absorbed, and how long any change stays visible varies by individual, by the product used and by how much the lips move. A realistic maintenance rhythm is discussed at consultation rather than promised in advance.
Yes, within what your lips can carry. Some people want a small change in volume, some want more fullness, and some mainly want a cleaner border. If the amount you have in mind would stretch the lip or look out of proportion with your face, the physician will tell you and may suggest a smaller amount first.
For the first day or two, avoid alcohol, saunas, and pressing or massaging the lips unless the physician has asked you to. Contact the clinic straight away if the skin of the lip or around it turns pale, dusky or blotchy, or if pain gets worse instead of better. These are uncommon, but they need to be checked the same day.
