1. Body-grade soft-volume contouring
Body-grade soft-volume filler intended for subcutaneous body planes rather than repurposed facial product. The physician confirms the product and its material at the in-person assessment.

Volume goes where measurement and photographic mapping show a gap, not simply where you point. The map decides where each cc goes.
3. Soft volume, conservative first session
Soft volume rather than a surgical implant. The first session is kept conservative and refined at follow-up. The aim is your own line, completed, not a different body.

Who it is and is not for
- Patients at a stable weight who have trained or dieted to a baseline they can keep.
- Shoulder concerns: a shoulder that looks narrow for the torso, or a deltoid outline that fades early.
- Hip concerns: an indentation between the top of the pelvis and the upper thigh that training has not changed.
- Patients who want a non-surgical option and accept that filler is temporary.
- Not now if you are actively gaining or losing a lot of weight. Wait until your body composition is stable.
- Not the right tool if you want a large change in volume. That is a surgical question, and we will say so.
- Postpone if you are pregnant, have a bleeding disorder or take blood thinners, until a doctor has cleared you.
- Heavy training of the treated area pauses for about 7 to 10 days. If you cannot pause, tell the physician first.

Why start with only 30cc on the shoulders?
Because it is easier to add than to take away. A measured 30cc gives a first change without overshooting. At the follow-up about 4 weeks later, more volume is added only if the shape calls for it.
Can shoulders and hips be done on the same day?
Sometimes, depending on the total volume and how you tolerate it. The physician may suggest doing one area first and the other at a later visit. This is decided at assessment.

How long does the result last?
Filler is broken down by the body over time. How long it stays varies by activity level, body region, product and how conservative the first session was. The physician gives a realistic range for the product used.
Will I be able to train normally afterwards?
Walking and light activity are usually fine soon after. Heavy work that loads the treated area, such as overhead pressing for shoulders, pauses for about 7 to 10 days. Recovery varies by individual, and the physician confirms your return to training.
How is this different from a surgical implant or fat transfer?
Implants are surgical, and fat transfer moves your own fat. Filler is non-surgical, starts conservative and is temporary. If you want a large change in volume, filler is not the right tool, and a surgical referral is the honest answer.
Can it be reversed?
That depends on the product. Some fillers can be dissolved with an enzyme and some cannot. Ask the physician which product is planned for you and what can be done if you are unhappy with the result.
What should I send on WhatsApp before booking?
