A short medical screen comes first

Tell us before you book if any of these apply, because they change what can be safely done:

• Pregnancy or breastfeeding
• A pacemaker, implanted defibrillator (ICD), or any implanted electronic device. Radiofrequency treatment (Thermage) is not performed in that case
• An allergy to polynucleotides or fish. Rejuran is derived from salmon DNA
• An active skin infection in the treatment area

Final suitability is decided by the physician at your in-person consultation on Day 1, and treatments within the itinerary can be adjusted or postponed based on how your skin responds. If the physician determines at the consultation that treatment is not medically suitable for you, your deposit is refunded in full.

What recovery actually looks like

Plan your trip around real recovery, not a best case:

• Ultherapy: redness and mild swelling for a few hours to a few days are common. Bruising and tenderness can last days to weeks. Uncommonly, temporary tingling or weakness along a nerve path occurs and typically recovers on its own over weeks to months.
• Thermage: redness and mild swelling usually settle quickly. Blistering or a superficial burn is uncommon and technique-dependent, and rare surface irregularity is possible.
• Rejuran HB: small injection welts along the treatment lines usually settle within 1 to 3 days. The formulation contains lidocaine.

The result arrives after you do

You will not see the result before you fly home, and we would rather tell you that now. Collagen remodeling from Ultherapy and Thermage builds gradually: most patients see the change over 2 to 3 months, not at departure. What you should expect to board with is normal post-treatment skin, not a visible lift.

The follow-up that comes with the trip

Every Tune Journey includes an English day-by-day recovery guide and one WhatsApp check-in after you fly home. The check-in is a recovery check, not remote diagnosis or prescription.

Seek prompt medical care where you live, and message us so we know, if you notice any of these after returning home: severe or worsening pain, blistering or an open wound, skin turning white or dusky, fever or spreading redness, new weakness or drooping on one side of the face, numbness that is worsening rather than settling, or any change in vision.
